Our classes are designed to be fun, approachable, and full of “aha” moments. Whether you’re just getting started or already swirling like a sommelier, there’s a class here for you. All sessions include 12–14 wines, tailored to your group’s tastes, budget and curiosity level.
New to wine? No worries—this class is your perfect starting point. We’ll cover the essentials, explore popular varietals and regions, demystify wine labels and menus, and of course, taste our way through sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines. You’ll leave with a newfound confidence and maybe even a new favorite bottle.
Think white wine is just “something light and crisp”? Think again. This class is a fresh, flavorful deep dive into both classic whites—Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio—and hidden gems like Albariño, Gewürztraminer, and Etna Bianco. Perfect for the white wine lover ready to break out of their comfort zone (in the best way).
Cabernet and Pinot Noir may be household names, but they’re just the tip of the vine. This tasting explores the full spectrum of red wine from regions and grapes you might not know but will definitely love. Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Malbec and more are all on the table. We’ll also chat about oak, tannins, sediment and other "red" concepts.
Let’s raise a glass to all things sparkling. In this bright and effervescent class, we’ll explore bubbly wines from around the world—California, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant, Asti—and then dive deep into the legendary region of Champagne. You’ll discover what sets Champagne apart, and why there’s a whole lot more to sparkling wine than meets the eye.
The most popular white wine in the world is also one of the most diverse. This course will explore Chardonnay styles from all over the world - from elegant, mineral-driven White Burgundies to rich, buttery Napa Valley classics, as well as lesser known Chardonnay regions that will be sure to impress.
Graceful, complex, and notoriously picky in the vineyard—Pinot Noir is the wine world’s diva, and we love her for it. We’ll start in Burgundy, her birthplace, then explore how she shines in Oregon, California, New Zealand, Chile, and beyond. This class is a celebration of one of the most expressive red grapes on the planet.
Bonjour, wine lovers! If you dream of sipping your way through the hills of France, this class is your passport. We’ll taste wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, the Loire Valley, Rhône, and more. Expect a mix of styles—red, white, rosé, sparkling—and a whole lot of "ooh la la."
From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the slopes of Sicily, we’ll explore bold reds, crisp whites, and everything in between. Expect a delicious lineup from famous regions like Piedmont and Veneto, plus some under-the-radar stunners. Warning: may cause spontaneous travel planning.
Feeling adventurous? This class is for the curious drinker looking to expand their wine world. We’ll introduce you to rare varietals and regions that deserve a spot on your radar—think Godello, Aglianico, Xinomavro, and more. Perfect for anyone tired of the usual suspects and ready to discover what else is out there.
