We’ll cover the essentials, explore popular varietals and regions, demystify wine labels and menus, and of course, taste our way through sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines. This course will explore Chardonnay styles from all over the world - from elegant, mineral-driven White Burgundies to rich, buttery Napa Valley classics, as well as lesser known Chardonnay regions that will be sure to impress.
